My Name is Ali B. The textiles and designs I create are inspired by fashion, pop-culture and world issues, blended with words, statements and ideas to depict a whole new reality. They create timeless statements that drive thought or emotion unique to the individual that encounter them.
My collection was inspired by a series of artwork I created called Realities. It is a series of mixed media art and paintings developed by deconstructing images to their purest form, pixel and pattern. My artwork now serves as a textile base of my collection. |
